1 – THE RACE

1.1) The Road Race called ‘SÃO SILVESTRE INTERNATIONAL RACE’, created by the Journalist Cásper Líbero, herein called EVENT will be held on December 31st 2007 in São Paulo city, in 15 Km, for PEOPLE OF BOTH SEX dully registered herein called ATHLETES, under any weather conditions.

1.2) The São São Silvestre International Race is a realization and property of Casper Libero Foundation, and promoted by Gazeta Esportiva.Net. Rede Globo de Televisão is a Foundation’s PARTNER in the organization and broadcasting of the race. The Technical support and kits hand over are held by specialized companies.

1.3) The EVENT STARTS on Paulista Avenue, in front of MASP (São Paulo Museum of Arts) and FINISHES on the same Avenue, in front of Cásper Líbero building, at number 900, folowwing a course described in details on the website of the EVENT (www.saosilvestre.com.br).

1.4) The start is planned to be at times listed below, and will be confirmed during the Kits hand over, according to each CATEGORY.

1.4.1) DISABLED CATEGORY: CAD = WHEEL CHAIR / DEV = BLIND/ AMP = AMPUTATED/ DMAI = WALKING LOWER MEMBER / DMEN = MENTAL DISABILITY.  START: from 3:15pm in a single peloton.

1.4.2) WOMEN ELITE CATEGORY
START: from 4:30pm in a single peloton.

1.4.3) ELITE ‘A’, ‘B’ AND SPECIAL ‘C’, and OVERALL MEN AND WOMEN CATEGORIES
START: from 4:45pm in pelotons positioned according to each category.

THE ORGANIZER advises all participants should pay special attention to the time announcements at the start area. There might be some changes in the start times.

2 - CATEGORIES AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
The ATHLETES can participate in the EVENT by registering for one of the following CATEGORIES: DISABLED, ELITE and OVERALL.

.1) DISABLED ATHLETES:

a. The ATHLETES WITH DISABILITIES can find the available categories for each EVENT in the table below:

b. The ATHLETES of the DISABLED CATEGORY will be divided into:

CAD = WHEEL CHAIR - The ATHLETES who take part in the competition on a Wheel Chair (not motorized) and do not have the help of a third person. Providing the chair is a competition chair, not a daily use chair, any type, model or weight can be used in the race. The Organizer do not impose any restrictions on the chairs chosen by ATHLETES.

DEV = BLIND – All ATHLETES who are completely or partially sighted, and need to take part in the competition with the help of a guide (who will not compete in any of the categories). The blind must be tied to his guide with a string round his wrist or finger, all the way from the start to the finish line. Under no circumstances the ATHLETE will be allowed to run alone.

AMP = AMPUTATED LOWER MEMBER (S) - All ATHLETES who have one or both legs amputated, making use of special proteases (the use of crutches and walking sticks is not allowed in this category).

DMAI = WALKING DISABLED LOWER MEMBERS - All ATHLETES who have walking disabilities and do not fit in any of the other categories.


DMEN = MENTAL DISABILITY – All ATHLETES who have an intelligence quotient (IQ) under 70 or/ and limitations in the areas of ability and adaptation (communication, personal care, family relationship, social behavior, recreation, health, security, sense and direction, academic development, social and work relationship). 
OBSERVATIONS:

a. All Athletes who fit in any of the above categories must print and fill out the registration form found in the site of the event following its instructions, attach a medical certificate which proves the disability and send all documents to ADD (Sports for Disabled Association). After document checking, the athlete will be contacted via e-mail or telephone to confirm registration.

b. To participate in this CATEGORY (DISABLED) one ATHLETE must apply as bellow:
Fill out the appropriate form on line and print it out, as indicated. Attach an original medical certificate, attesting which disability the ATHLETE has, duly signed by the doctor and stamped with the doctor’s license number.
c. Send the form and certificate by fax to (55 11) 5052.9944.

d. After receiving and checking all documents sent, the organizer will contact the athlete.

e. In case you are not contacted by ADD within 3 days, please contact them again through the e-mail address inscricao@add.org.br or telephone (55 11) 5052.9944.

f. If you need further information or local registration, please visit ADD at Avenida Jandira, 1111 - Planalto Paulista – SP - Brazil.

IMPORTANT:

a. All BLIND athletes must indicate FULL NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, SEX, DATE OF BIRTH AND A NUMBER FOR EMERGENCIES of the guide athlete who will be tied to the athlete. The guide must be properly registered to be able to enter the event. The registration procedures for guides are the same as those for the DISABLED ATHLETES.
The registration form for blind athlete must be sent together with the form for his guide; Forms for blind athletes will not be accepted if it is not attached to his guide’s form.

b. All ATHLETES who participate in the event in this category (ELITE CATEGORY) will only be entitled to receive prizes or bonuses defined in the ‘bonus system’ item of this REGULATION.

c. The ADD (Sports for Disabled Association) will analyze the degree of the disability of all participants of the DISABLED CATEGORY. The original document (medical statement) must be presented upon request at the kit pick up venue.

d.
Awarding ceremony will be held to all finishers.

2.2) ATHLETES ELITE CATEGORY:

a. Can only take part in this CATEGORY the ATHLETES who have bios with minimum times in official races (valid and subject to confirmation) in the last 12 months. The bios with times that meet the REFERENTIAL TIME defined by the ORGANIZER in at least two events must be sent to FAX (55 11) 4208-7286. Make sure your name, date of registration and races in which you meet the times are written on your bio.

b. Requests for ELITE CATEGORY will be received by December 20th 2007.

c. To participate in the ELITE MEN peloton, one ATHLETE must have a referential time of 1:06 in half marathons and 2:18 in full marathons.

d. To participate in the ELITE WOMEN peloton, one ATHLETE must have a referential time of 1:18 in half marathons and 2:45 in full marathons.

e. Even not having a register of a minimum referential time, if one ATHLETE feels that is able to participate in the elite peloton, he must fax an application, attached to a bio on (55 11) 4208-7286, which must be shown on request at the kit pick up.

f. The official time for elite athletes must have been obtained at least in two different races, by 12 months before the race date.


g. For the MEN elite the limit number of participants is 100; for the WOMEN elite its number is 50; for the peloton ‘B’ there will be 150 athletes invited by the Organizer; for the peloton ‘C’ the number is 100 participants and 50 athletes classified in the selective process, whose results shall be approved by the ORGANIZER according to the rules of the selective process.

2.3) ATHLETES CATEGORY ELITE ‘B’:

a. Can take part in this CATEGORY the ATHLETES who have bios with minimum times in official races (valid and subject to confirmation) in the last 12 months, and are between 18 and 26 years old.

b. The ATHLETE must register on line, pay the registration fee and sent his bio with times to the Organizer by fax  (55 11) 4208-7286 or e-mail address Talk to Us with NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS, besides which races he meets the criteria of REFERENTIAL TIMES.

c. All ATHLETES registered in this CATEGORY will take part in the competition in a special peloton and will not be entitled to receive any bonuses for age groups.

d. To participate in the men elite ‘b’ peloton, one ATHLETE must have a referential time of 1:11 in half marathons and 2:23 in full marathons.

e. To participate in the women elite ‘b’ peloton, one ATHLETE must have a referential time of 1:23 in half marathons and 2:51 in full marathons.

f. Even not having a register of a minimum referential time, if one ATHLETE feels that is able to participate in the elite peloton, he must fax an application, attached to a bio on (55 11) 4208-7286, which must be shown on request at the kit pick up.

g. The limit number of participants in the men elite ‘B’ peloton is 50.

h. The limit number of participants in the women elite ‘B’ peloton is 50.

i. The ORGANIZER can invite ATHLETES to participate in the peloton ‘B’ at its own criteria, who might not meet the criteria of items d and e.

j. In case the limit number is reached the ORGANIZER will not be able to accept new entries for this peloton. No exceptions will be made.

2.4) ATHLETES CATEGORY SPECIAL ELITE ‘C’ PELOTON:

a. Can take part in this CATEGORY ATHLETES invited by the ORGANIZER and those interested in participating, by applying for it following the criteria described in the site of the EVENT, buttom ‘SPECIAL ELITE ‘C’’.

b. Kits for the ATHLETES registered in CATEGORY SPECIAL ELITE ‘C’ will be hand over at place and time announced in this site, and will have access to the start area through the same entrance as the ELITE ATHLETES.


2.5) ATHLETES OVERALL CATEGORY:

a. All ATHLETES who do not fit in any of the categories described above will be included in the OVERALL CATEGORY.

b. All ATHLETES of the OVERALL CATEGORY will be classified by age, according to the regulation herein.

c. No extra bonus will be given to the ATHLETES participants in this CATEGORY, but the ones described in item ‘AWARDING’ of this regulation.

3 – GENERAL RULES OF THE EVENT:

a
. By registering in the EVENT the ATHLETE assumes total responsibility over his personal data given and all expenses with transportation, accommodation, food, insurance any other necessary for his participation before, during and after the EVENT.

b. By participating in the event one ATHLETE allow the use of his image, including arena rights, renouncing from receiving any income that might be resulted from television broadcasting, promotional campaigns, Internet and any other media at any time.

c. The ORGANIZER is not responsible for the medical assistance provided. However there will be ambulances available to take athletes in case of emergencies. The medical care will be provided by local public hospitals.

d. If the ATHLETE or his companion decides for another kind of medical assistance, he will than be fully responsible for his decision and the ORGANIZER will no longer be responsible directly or indirectly for his physical integrity.

e. Security during the EVENT will be provided by competent public agencies and the ORGANIZER will provide all participants with guides to orient them.

f. Chemical toilets and lockers will be put available to all participants at the START and FINISH points of the EVENT.

g. The ORGANIZER advises not to leave any valuable belongings such as electronic devices, cash money, checks, etc. in the lockers, as it is just a courtesy service.

h. The ORGANIZER will not be responsible for losses of personal belonging left in lockers before, during and after the event.

i. No refunds for losses of accessories or equipments used in the event will be made by the ORGANIZER, its SPONSORS or SUPPORTER.

j. A MEDICAL CHECK UP is highly recommended for all participants.

k. The location of the START and warming up areas are indicated by signs and to jump over the fences that divide these areas is strictly forbidden at any time, under no circumstances.

l. The ORGANIZER, SPONSORS and SUPPORTERS will not be responsible for any acts taken by participants who might harm or affect other participants or a third party. Therefore any consequences shall be fully assumed by the author of such action.
m. Any complaints about the EXTRA OFFICIAL RESULT must be submitted to the ORGANIZER, in writing, within 30 days of its first publication.

n. The ORGANIZER reserves itself the right to cancel or postpone the EVENT for security reasons.

o. If an ATHLETE fail to follow the rules of this REGULATION, or to communicate (in writing) the ORGANIZER about any impeachment he might have, he might be disqualified from the EVENT.

p. All ATHLETES must be properly registered for the EVENT by a registration form.

q. All ATHLETES duly registered are fully responsible for their participation in this EVENT and exempt the ORGANIZER, SPONSORS and SUPPORTERS in their names and heirs.
r. The participation in the EVENT is individual and cannot be transferred to another ATHLETE, as well as any refund must be claimed by 30 days before the race day.

s. By registering in the EVENT the ATHLETE agrees to be included in the mail to receive any promotional or informative material from the ORGANIZER, SPONSORS, SUPPORTERS, or PARTNERS.

t. The CHEST NUMBER must be stuck on the chest of the ATHLETE t-shirt.

u. The use of the NUMBER is compulsory, therefore any mutilation of it shall imply to ATHLETES disqualification.

v. The position of the ATHLETE in a peloton is his own responsibility and must be chosen by him, according to the instructions of this regulation and manual of the athlete manual.

x. The ORGANIZER reserves itself the right to alter any item of this regulation without previous notice. Any changes will be informed at the pick up kit area.

4 - KIT OF PARTICIPATION:

a
. Having registered and paid the registration fee, the ATHLETE is allowed to use the support infra-structure described on items 2, 3 and 4  of this regulation.

b. The contents of the kit of participation, which is part of the structure that all registered ATHLETES shall make use of, are:

- Chest Number (participation) its use is obligatory.
- Athlete’s Information Guide (Athlete’s Manual).

b.1. Some items listed bellow might be included in the kit of participation, although their supply is not an Organizer obligation:

- Chip (Timing) – results and/ or its publication
- Promotional t-shirt
- Medal of Participation (see item ‘awarding’ for details)
- Trophies (see item ‘awarding’ for details).
- Awarding for aim achievement
- Prizes and accessories
- Others

c. All services and materials listed on item 4.0 b1 shall be provided by the ORGANIZER, PARTNERS, ORGANIZING COMITTEE or SPONSORS as courtesy to the participants of the EVENT, thus cannot be required or considered as an obligation, or even being compared with other EVENTS of the market.

d
. The ORGANIZER shall offer the possibility to choose the size of the promotional t-shirt given, however is not obliged to have all sizes stored in the kit pick up place or in company.

e
. In case any material described on item 4.0 b1 is included or distributed to the participants, it shall not be done on the race day.

f
. Kits will NOT be HAND OVER on the RACE DAY.

g
. The ORGANIZER warns the participants that chips are electronic devices, therefore any possible fault occurred with the equipment might lead to a missing information or error in the result given.

h
. The ORGANIZER may require the participant further information in order to resolve any fault in the chip or result, and will have up to 180 (a hundred and eighty) days time to resolve it.

i
. The ORGANIZER offers a ‘talk to us’ service to all participants of the event, as the official information source for results.

5 – RULES OF THE EVENT:

a
. The minimum age required to participate is 18 years old, completed before the date of the registration.

b
. Registrations and kit pick up can be done by a third person, as long as he is over 18 years old and bring a written authorization (signed by the participant) and a copy of his/ her identity document.

c
. The EVENT lasts up to 3 (three) hours.

d
. After three hours of the EVENT being held, all ATHLETES who have not finished the race will be called off the course, whatever distance has been run. From that point on, the ORGANIZER will no longer be responsible or give support to the runner.

e
. All ATHLETES called off the course will be taken onto a bus provided by the ORGANIZER to the START point, and should wait for its availability.

f
. Only ATHLETES who are not suspended by CBAT, do not make use of doping substances, or do not have any penalty in force, imposed by a Federation. A list of offside athletes will be of a CBAT Delegate’s possession and will be read during the Technical Congress.

g
. Dope tests might be carried out for the winner ATHLETES, following the ORGANIZER criteria, based on Rule 07 of the CBAT Rulebook for road races.

h
. The ATHLETE must observe the race course and stick to it all the way from its start to its finish, Any advantage taken by crossing or taking a shortcut is not allowed.

i
. Any help carried out by a third party, such as a cyclist, moving hydration, or a technology support not previously authorized by the ORGANIZED.

j
. Appearance fee will not be paid for any participant.

k
. The participation in the EVENT is individual.

l
. All ATHLETES assume that are in good health and have trained properly for the EVENT.

m
. The Technical Direction of the race reserves itself the right to include any ATHLETE in the list of invitation.

n
. The RACE will score for the REDE GLOBO/ YESCOM rank.

5.2) SELECTING RACES

5.2.1) PROCEDURES


a. The Organizing Committee shall authorize a couple of selecting races for the São Silvestre Race of 10K (minimum distance) per State (except for São Paulo) for the São Silvestre Race, upon a written request and  the payment of R$ 2,000 (Two Thousand Reais).

b. Requests must be sent at leas 30 days before the Event is held, through fax nr. (55 11) 3266-8574. The last selecting race will be held on December 16th 2007. Only the three first positions will be registered in the event. The winner (1st position) will start in the Elite peloton, the second and third positions will be included in the Peloton ‘B’, as long as all three finish within the referential times previously defined.

c. The Selecting Races Organizer must send the registration forms of the winners dully filled out and signed to Fax nr. (55 11) 4208-7286, attached to the respective payment receipts of the registration fee BY DECEMBER 15TH 2007.

5.3) GONZAGUINHA


a. The Road Race Sargento Luiz Gonzaga Rodrigues, the ‘Gonzaguinha’ race, promoted and organized by Escola de Educação Física da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo, in honor of this Corporation’s great athlete who was one of the best of the São Silvestre Race in the 50s. Besides being considered by the main Brazilian athletes as the last test before the race, this test is the official selecting race.

b. The Gonzaguinha race classifies the 10 first men and women for the Elite ‘A’ after a technical analysis of their bios.

c. For further information ABOUT THE RACE ‘SARGENTO GONZAGUINHA’, please access the web site of the race on www.yescom.com.br.

6 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ELITE ATHLETES INVITATIONS:

The ORGANIZER will invite to the EVENT:

a
. 20 Brazilian elite ATHLETES being 10 men and 10 women, ranked in the Rede Globo TV/ Yescom races.

b
. In case one ATHLETE INVITED cannot compete, the next in the rank will be invited in his place, following the time for reply previously defined in the letter of invitation.

c
. Foreign ATHLETES might be invited by the ORGANIZER, on its own criteria.

d
. All ATHLETES INVITED will have accommodation (standard double or triple room) and food expenses paid by the Organizer (in a hotel chosen by the Organizer) and cannot exceed 2 (two) overnights.

e
. Coaches (and only them) of the ATHLETES INVITED, will have their accommodation (standard double or triple room) and food expenses paid by the Organizer (in a hotel chosen by the Organizer) and cannot exceed 2 (two) overnights.

f
. In case a coach has more than one ATHLETE he will receive only one invitation.

g
. In case of draw in the RANKING, the best positioned ATHLETE in the previous year edition of the same event will have the preference. If the draw persists, the best position in the previous edition of the São Silvestre Race will win.

h
. The ORGANIZER reserves itself the right to invite Brazilian ATHLETES who have obtained good results in international races of great importance, and/ or who is part of the Brazilian Ranking of Marathons. In this case the invitation need not follow the conditions of items 6 and 7 of this regulation.

7 - CRITÉRIOS PARA FORMAÇÃO DO RANKING DOS ATLETAS DE ELITE:

a
. The position of the ATHLETE in the RANKING is merely referential.

b
. The races which are ranked are: São Paulo Int’l Half Marathon, São Paulo Int’l Marathon, Rio de Janeiro Int’l Half Marathon, Pampulha Lagoon Int’l Race, 10K Rio Pan-American Race and São Silvestre Int’l Race.

c
. The RANKING is a result of the points won by Brazilian ATHLETES in the above mentioned races, considering only the last edition of each race, in a maximum 24 months from its current edition.

c.1
. For the rank of the 2007 São Silvestre Int’l Race, points obtained in the 2006 edition of the 10K Rio Pan American Race will be considered, as there will not be time enough for the Organizer to invite the athletes who ranked in the 2007 edition of the same race. Therefore, the points obtained in the 2007 edition of the 10K Rio Pan American Race will be valid for the 2008 rank.

d
. Only Brazilian athletes will be included in the RANK, therefore foreign athletes will not be considered.

e
. For each race the ATHLETE obtain points, according to classification, as shown bellow:

Rank of Elite Men and Women Athletes.
Available after the Sargento Gonzaguinha Race.

8 – REGISTRATIONS – FEES AND DEADLINES:

a. Registrations can be done ON LINE in Portuguese for BRAZILIAN RESIDENTS or ENGLISH for FOREIGNERS limited to 17,000 athletes. The Organizer might include extra 3,000 registrations totalizing no more than 20,000 participants, dully registered.

b. Registration Fees and Deadlines:

b.1.
R$ 150 (A Hundred and Fifty Reais) by November 30th for foreign athletes, who register on line through the web site of the Event.

c. The ORGANIZER might at any time postpone or suspend the times for registrations, as well as include or limit the number of participants due to technical/ structural needs or adjustments without previous warning.

9 – REGISTRATION WAY:

a. Registrations will only be accepted on line, on www.saosilvestre.com.br by November 30th 2007. This deadline might be postponed or anticipated, according to the Organizer’s criteria.  
10 - PROCEDURES:

ON LINE
:

a. Fill in the registration form.

b. Payment: bank docket.

c. Print out the bank docket.

d. Make the payment following the instructions written on the docket (late payments will not be accepted under no circumstances).

e. Fee and date of your register will be effective only after its PAYMENT, regardless the date when the form was filled in.

f. THE PAYMENT RECEIPT (SLIP/ VOUCHER) is the only proof of payment, and its original must be kept with the ATHLETE, as the ORGANIZER will not have a copy of it.

11 - KIT PICK UP AND IDENTIFICATION:

a. The Kit pick up and chips will be available on December 27th and 28th , from 12:00am to 8:00pm, and December 29th and 30th , from 9:00am to 5:00pm, at Ginásio ‘Mauro Pinheiro’ – Rua Abílio Soares, 1,300, TO ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES OF ALL CATEGORIES OF THIS REGULATION (NO EXCEPTIONS).

b. KITS CANNOT BE PICKED UP ON THE RACE DAY

c. To pick up the kit, one athlete must present on request:
- Identity Document with photograph (passport);
- ORIGINAL PAYMENT PROOF (copies will not be accepted, under no circumstances), which will be kept with the Organizer.

d. Together with the Kit, the AHTLETES will receive a Manual and a Race Number.

e. The ORGANIZER, with no obligation, might provide the participant with a chip for race time measurement, together with the kit, following the criteria of item 4 herein.

INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM LIABILITY COMMITMENT
I completely agree with the Liability Commitment.

IMPORTANT:

I declare that:
• The accuracy of the data given to make my registration in the event and Yescom Rank effective are of my entire responsibility, as well as my representative or team coordinator.
• I read the Regulation available on www.yescom.com.br and fully accept its rules.
• I will take part in this event RIO DE JANEIRO INT’L HALF MARATHON with my own will, exempting the ORGANIZER, SPONSORS AND SUPPORTERS from any responsibility, in my name and my heirs.
• I am in perfect health and able to participate and have properly trained for the event.
• I assume I will pay for any physical or material damage I might cause during my participation in this event.
• I allow, through this instrument, the use of my image (including arena rights) and will not claim for the receipt of any income resulted from advertising materials, campaigns, information, TV broadcasts, clips, articles, licensing and photographs, at any time, media, used before, during and after the event by Yescom or its business partners.
• I accept to be included in the Yescom data base to receive mails, electronic or printed in order to participate in promotional or commercial actions developed by Yescom or its partners.
• I will assume all my personal expenses with traveling, accommodation, food, transportation, insurance, medical assistance as well as any other expenses that might be necessary for my participation, before, during and after the event.
• Being a technical representative I agree with the regulation and assume to take all responsibilities above mentioned, at any time, anywhere.
• I will not carry or distribute any political material or object that might bring a risk to the security of the event or to other participants or the public presented in the event, under the risk of being taken out of the area of the event by the security authorities.
• In case I am representing teams of participants or service rendered, or any media or vehicle, I accept the rules and regulations herein, and will not occupy inadequate or no authorized areas which might interfere in the progress of the event.
• I have read all rules of the event and accept them and am aware of my rights and obligations in the event, even if I sent a coach, team representative to register or pick my kit up in my name.
• I can choose the day and venue to pick up my kit and the size of my promotional t-shirt as a courtesy by the ORGANIZER, when available, according to item 4 of this regulation.
• I know that all services will only be available for registered participants and that it is his responsibility to keep informed about news, changes in the regulation, services available and courtesies for participants of the event.
• In case the Organizer lend the use of a chip for time registering, all responsibility for its installation/ use on his body and passage on the chip carpet will be of the ATHLETE. The ORGANIZER warns the participants that chips are electronic devices, therefore any possible fault occurred with the equipment might lead to a missing information or error in the result given.

12 – CHIP PICK UP:

a. When provided by the ORGANIZER, the chip must be picked up together with the kit, on December 27th and 28th, from 12:00pm to 8:00pm and December 29th and 30th, from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the Ginásio Mauro Pinheiro – Rua Abílio Soares, 1,.300. This is for ALL ATHLETES DULLY REGISTERED IN ANY OF THE AVAILABLE CATEGORIES OF THE RACE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

. When pick up the chip, the ATHLETE must check his personal data registered

. Complaints about wrong data will not be accepted after the chip pick up.

d
. The chip must be tied up with the tennis lace, in vertical position.

e
. After the finish of the race, the chip must be returned to the ORGANIZER and a medal of participation will be received by all finishers.

f
. The use of the chip is of the athlete’s responsibility, as the ORGANIZER cannot control its use, according to item 4 of this regulation.

g
. In case of loss of the chip, the athlete will be charged the amount of R$ 50 (FIFTY REAIS), through a bank docket which will be sent to the participants who do not return their chips.

13 – CLASSIFICATION IN THE EVENT:

a. The classification o the ATHLETES in the race will be defined by position (time/ finish order) and will be published in the site of the EVENT, on the RESULTS button.

b. ALL FINISHERS OF THE ELITE AND OVERALL CATEGORIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL CLASSIFICATION OF THE EVENT.

c. ALL FINISHERS of the OVERALL CATEGORY will be CLASSIFIED BY AGE GROUP.

14 - BONIFICATION

All kinds of bonuses will be published in this site by 15 days before the EVENT is held.

15 – FINAL CONSIDERATIONS:

. The ORGANIZER might include any kind of bonuses or special participation bonus.

b
. Doubts or technical information will only be obtained with the TECHNICAL COMMITTEE, through faleconosco@yescom.com.br.

c
. The ORGANIZER might include or alter this regulation, total or partially.

d
. Doubts or omissions of this REGULATION will be clarified by the ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE and/ or the ORGANIZER in an effective way, and no appeals will be accepted.
